Jason:

it's quick questions with david time, all right, we're back we're videoed up and we are ready for some questions. David, give it to us all right here.

David:

If you could instantly become an expert on one book of the bible, which book would it be, and why?

Jason:

Good, good question, Javi. Where are you going with that?

Javi:

What Me first. Okay, it would have to be either Genesis or Revelation, the first and the last. I would say Revelation only because, man, it's so hard, like I'm going through it now. That's why I'm reading it now and I was like what's going on? I can't really understand much of it. Um, there is some beauty behind it, there's some, there's some hopeful stuff there. There's a lot of stuff out there to kind of grasp and understand what our things are. So I think that would be one book that I wish I could know further, just because potentially that's the future that's coming up. So, um, if I'm able, if I'm able to be aware of it a little bit more, maybe that could help me. I don't know. But, um, we know that our days, um, we don't know when the time will come. So I know that for sure. But I think it would be cool to a cool book to understand and maybe even share to others, explain to others. It's a tough book, very big one Full of symbolism.

David:

That's a tough book to to be an expert for that's a good one, that's a good choice.

Jason:

And not not only an expert for but, like it's, an expert in the original context as well. Yeah, so to have lived in that time and to know what the context would have meant, that book will melt your brain, david. What's?

David:

yours, mine is. I think it's a little bit strange because most people wouldn't choose this book. Leviticus oh yeah, you know what? The more you look into the laws that were given, the more you realize how much science was behind this. And it's one of the books that I go to frequently to prove the logic side of the Bible, to say, hey, this is something they would not have known back then and they knew it.

David:

More you look into these Levitical laws, the more you realize that this is God's way of protecting us as well as giving us the laws, because there is protection behind what we're allowed to eat, what we're allowed to wear, how we're supposed to wash ourselves and clean ourselves. It just goes on and on and on. And I'm definitely not an expert on it. I'm familiar with it, but I think to become an expert, to really understand every single point, every single law, that would be, I just think, really incredible for me and something that I continue to study. And you never know what will happen the next 20, 30 years of my life, but for right now, that would be my book.

Jason:

Yeah, that's a tough one too. And so much to be set up for so many other things, right, like, if you can become an expert in Leviticus, so many other things fall in place later. Like that's a cool thing too. All right, and how about you? How about you almost chose my answer, which was Genesis.

Jason:

Oh, hands down, hands down, I'm Genesis all the way. That's the book that I can always pick up and always get the most out of. Like I, that's the book that I can always pick up and always get the most out of. Like I, besides Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, which are like practical now, but like I can pick up Genesis and just go into a meditative trance and a million miles away by reading Genesis. Like, so, yeah I, the amount of questions that I have, the amount of what does that mean, the amount of where that I have, the amount of what does that mean, the amount of where does that take me, the amount of what systemic change does it give me when I understand this thing, like it's the foundation. It's literally the foundation, and so having a good foundation or an expert foundation would be just incredible. I keep wanting to take this class. I think I'm going to do it soon, because that's a book right there.

Javi:

I've seen a couple, yes, that looks interesting and you go through.

David:

I mean, you're talking about going through some time periods. You go through some time periods in Genesis more than any other book.

Jason:

Yeah, thousands of years. Right, I mean, just in a single book you go through the most thousands of years, that's true. Thousands of years, right, I mean, just in a single book you go through the most thousands of years. That's true. I didn't think about that. It's the. It's the longest book technically. Yes, uh. Yeah, like chronologically, it's the longest book. Definitely wild, cool, all right, guys, always fun, always fun. We enjoyed, uh, this and we will see you guys all next week. Have a good one, bye later guys.
